Please note this product is uncooked and frozen, ensure the product is fully defrosted before forming/shaping.

Individual appliances vary; cooking times may need adjusting to cook thoroughly.

GRILL

Turn your grill on at 180°. Place 4 Falafels on a baking sheet 1” apart on centre rack of oven. Grill for 13-15 minutes.

OVEN-HEAT

Heat a traditional oven at 180°. Place 4 Falafels on a baking sheet 1” apart on centre rack of oven. Bake for 13-15 minutes.

AIR FRY

Place 4 Falafels into the air fryer. Heat at 180° for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown.

DEEP FRY

Place 4 Falafels into the deep fryer. Heat at 180° for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
