Welcome to Flames Falafel, a family-owned business with a legacy rooted in passion and tradition. Established in 1995 by Paul Salman, our company embarked on a journey to share the authentic flavours of falafel in the UK.
Flames began as a string of takeaway shops back in 1995 on the high streets of London. With humble beginnings, we started small, crafting each falafel with care and using only the finest ingredients. Our journey from there has led us to where we are today at our full on manufacturing facility in Park Royal, West London, driven by our love for traditional, hearty Mediterranean falafel. It’s this love that inspired us to infuse classic flavours & the more modern shapes and flavours to appeal to new markets.
Today, we are proud to say that the legacy continues with the second generation. Flames Falafel is now led by Phillip & Richard, the sons of Paul. With their fresh perspectives and a deep respect for our heritage, Phillip & Richard oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that our commitment to excellence remains unwavering.
