The history of falafel is very controversial, what we are sure of however is that falafel first came about in the Middle-East as a vegetarian replacement for meat during lent. While its exact origins are debated, some theories trace its roots as far back as Pharaonic Egypt.
We create falafels suitable for vegans and vegetarians alike. Our products have earned approval from both the Vegan and Vegetarian societies, and we prominently display their accredited logos on all our packaging for easy identification.
