Due to the nature of our frozen products and for the safety of all our customers, all food sales are considered final. However, in the unlikely event that any item(s) are damaged or spoiled during transit, we are happy to provide replacements. We encourage you to inspect the contents of your order upon arrival. If any issues arise with your order, please contact us immediately with your order number. Unfortunately, orders or individual products cannot be returned to the driver upon delivery.
